Our extra virgin olive oil
Variety: Picual High intensity, fruity extra virgin olive oil from the very first days of the current campaign (harvested in October 2022). With a pronounced green fruitiness and a medium-high complexity, it has notes of green fruits (apple, green banana). On the palate, it reveals perceptible aromas of green olives, with nuances of green herbs and very intense exceptional fruit notes, ending with a very pleasant balanced bitterness and spiciness at the same time.
Our packaging: protection and sustainability We have chosen the can, as it is a material that protects our EVOO from its three "enemies", namely heat, oxygen and obviously light. It is also a resistant material which also makes it ideal for traveling or buying from a distance.
